Hi

The BOC decision has been made.

The AIT found for the Secretary of State on all the BOC arguments.

It is a very forceful decision -the BOC appellant arguments are destroyed one by one.

The effect of renunciation is dismissed as irrelevant by the judge.

Renounced BOCs are considered to be returnable to Malaysia.

I strongly advise any BOC who has been advised to renounce another nationality NOT to do so. Doing so will achieve nothing.
