HI !!

I am on HSMP right now. I am eligible for ILR under HSMP judicial review (4 years for ilr) in Jan 2010.

But I was on Workpermit for 4 months before coming on to HSMP visa. So can I apply for ILR in Oct,2009 (when i would be completing 4 years -HSMP+ WORK PERMIT )?

What i mean to ask is, would my 4 months workpermit count towards ILR ?
