Hi, I will have 10 years completed in dec 2009. My first student visa was expiring on 31 dec 2000 for which i sent my application for extention on 18th dec 2000 but the extention was granted on 13th jan 2001 according to my sar record on ICD-Record sheet. In my sar file there is no computerised record or stamp on my application for when the application was received and i don't have any postal proof. But on my sar record on ICD-Record sheet, the case worker has ticked 'yes' on where it says 'in time' application. My question is: does that proof that i sent my application before expiry and is this enough to satisfy the case worker or does he will need more evidence. I would appreciate any responses to my query as it will decide if i can go in person.
