Hi there...

Presently I am in Ireland on student visa, about to complete my ACCA qualification. And also I granted UK working holiday in Dec-08 with expiry of Dec-2010, I travelled to UK many times for holidays, I never worked in UK, but recently I have opened a bank account with Lloyds TSB in South Harrow and have a NI number too. Now I wish to apply for HSMP Tier-1 General category, as there a requirement in HSMP, need to maintaind 800 pounds bank balance applying within the UK, 2800 pounds bank balance apply from outside UK. Could advice me am I eligible to apply from within the UK as I am legally eligible to remain in UK till Dec-2010 and does it effect on my current visa status if any refusals of HSMP. According to that I would make the neccessary arrangements.<BR clear=all>Awaiting to hear your reply !!! Thank you very much in anticipation.
