Hello everyone,

Today I have succesfuly got my Tier 1 visa. Thus I have got my extension for 3 years. I would like to thank everyone on this forum. There advise has been priceless. I have a question regarding ILR. My visa was issued on the 11 Feb 08 but I entered the UK on the 20 Mar 08. Now my Tier 1 goes upto 11 Feb 2013. I am wondering do I need to make another application for visa because ultimately I will be short by 9 days before applying for ILR as you can apply only 28 days before the visa expires.

If that is the case then can I apply for another Tier 1 visa by the end of March 2010 so that this time my visa goes upto 20 march 2013. The reason why I want to apply now and not wait is that the rules keep on changing. Can I do that. I have asked the UKBA about this and they werent certain.
