congratulation Ashyyy. i am so happy for you. and i am by the way receiving answer to my question. i have to wait till september ( it will be 1 year of ILR) and apply. can you just tell me what is the IS96, can i send other proof of presence in the UK during the last 3 years such bills, transcripts from uni, inland revenue...

IS96 is the temporary admission form. if you have been signing at the home office you wud have got some. even if you dont have yu might as well send any evidence you have to show your residence in the uk

Congratulations. But what do you refer to "my emergency travelling documents to show the dates i travelled out of uk". How do you arrive at this.

Another naturalisation application approved.

Just received my approval letter this morning. I was granted ILR last year through legacy case. Just want to encourage those who are still doubting to apply. You don't have to wait 5 years.

I was granted ILR outside the rules (not legacy though) in September 2009. I have now received credible advice that I can apply for BC in September 2010. :biggrin:

i am not sure it will work for those who never claimes asylum asim. coz the discreation statement clearly state that those who claimed asylum and were refused

I have confirmed, this concession is for everyone who were granted outside the rules. ie people who had at some point made and application, got rejected and later at some point granted outside the rules, on the reconsideration of old application or on the basis of a fresh application. :thumbup:
