yyu have to wait for a year mate

congratulation Ashyyy. i am so happy for you. and i am by the way receiving answer to my question. i have to wait till september ( it will be 1 year of ILR) and apply. can you just tell me what is the IS96, can i send other proof of presence in the UK during the last 3 years such bills, transcripts from uni, inland revenue...
thank you.
God bless you and your family...i do not forget your princess.

hello, that's great to hear that. congradualation to u.

I m worried about my friend, she had apply to incorrect application ( FLR(O), the right application suppose is FLR(M) ) thus result in being rejected on the ground now n just giving limited chance to appeal.
her visa not expired b4 applied FLR(O) but after HO reply is expired now.

Do u know any expert lawyer who experienced in this case. Can i know how much legal fee u had pay for in total estimately? can u help a bit, please.............. my email address is ************

I was granted ILR outside the rules (not legacy though) in September 2009. I have now received credible advice that I can apply for BC in September 2010.

what was your case? i was in the same boat but got refused and i have right to appeal. any info will help
