hi,
i wonder if anybody can help me.  i had car accident in 2006 i give my claim case to claim company and till now they telling me that case still under proses, still unsolved. they not giving me my solicitor details whom they give the case. i managed to find solicitor details,i call them many times, but nobody speak to me than they asked to send my id. after that they called me very angry they said that my case was unsucesfull, that they had big cost related to this case and that they expect me to cover it. i asked them to send court decision but they refused not giving any proper reason. other solicitor who dealing with the passenger claim same accident told me that our claim long time resolved and money has been paid out. so i am confused about what really happened. is it possible any legal way to get copy of your claim court decision?where need to call to compalin about it? i would be greatfull if anybody can help me. thankx

  Ah, it is terrible. There are quite a few issues here. The Claim Handling Company mishandled your case, and then the Solicitors firm mishandled it. Neither of them has followed the rules. No Client care letter used. Where is compensation if your case has been won? What I suggest you contact a solicitor's firm to sort it out. Further details are needed about the events.

Let me know if this has been sorted now.

Not my field, just curious, but is it worth contacting the court directly, or even the SRA?

Every compensation company must be registered by the Ministry of Justice. You can find if the claims company is authorised and you can also complain on the following website. www.claimsregulation.gov.uk

I know this becuase i own a claims management business. So if you want some free advice you can PM me.
