Hi, I am from new zealand, and am on tier 5 youth mobility. I am coming to the end of my tier 5 visa but as I am in a relationship with a British girlfriend, can I apply to remain as her partner ?

if not, are there other options available to me ?

cheers for your help

Have you been living together for a minimum of 2 years with the documented proof to support that and are you both over 21?

If you've only been living together for a year you won't be able to switch to Unmarried Partner Visa. You need a full 24 months for this. You could apply for a Certificate of Approval for permission to marry in the UK from the Home Office and then switch to Spouse on form FLR(M) if you meet all the other conditions, finance, accomodation etc, but the COA may not be granted before your Tier 5 visa expires.
