hello all hope you are enjoying your grants of ILR, well for some of us its not really good news . i had been waiitng for my judicial review and it was refused in august . i did continue reporting becasue i was bailed in may from detention by a good friend and did not want him to loose his £5000 he put forward.

as such i was arrested upon reporting in september 8th and given a removal for the 15th this removal was stopped becasue my lawyer wrote to them that i have a new born baby by my girl friend and its not fair. that representation was refused in september (i told my girl friend to go home since i was to be removed and it will be hard for her to cope with the baby alone). i then put in a fresh claim and i was asked my the home office to provide some evidences on the claim my lawyer has provided that and i am still in harmondsowrth wiating for the decision. the mP john mCdonnel aslo ahs written to ask why my cases is not being considered even under compassionate grounds in legacy.

in here there are atleast 15 people i know who are also on legacy and who are facing removals. so for those with weak cases just be caerful there are a couple of them who went to liverpool and got arrersted there.

just thought i share this with you people.

finally can i have the number for CRTS4 and CRTS5 please some friends wnat to call their teams to see what they can do.

congrats on those who have ben granted.

Erico

hello Erico i am so sorry to see you in ths situation i was detained last time same time as you and i know haw those plasases are but lets hope you will get relised soon. and this is for peopel who think that reporting is good wake up the only reasen you report is so you can be detain and removed and has nothing to do with your case i use to report for 8 years and last time for 1 year and was just detain and raedy to be removed they relised me and 5 weekes later i stopet reporting one think i will say i will never go to them . HAW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NO LAWERS HAVE CHALAGED THE HOME OFFICE WITH THERE UNFER LEGACY POLICY WHERE IS THE JUSTISE WHERE MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING GRANTED OUTSIDE IMIGRATION RULES AND SOME OF US ARE BEING REFUSED USIND WERY HARSH IMIGRATION RULES I KNOW SOMEONE WHO GOT GRANTED AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY AND THEY HAVE BEEN GRANTED DUE TO LENGTH OF RESIDENCY THIS IS A JOKE THE HOLE LEGACY POLICY.

Good luck Erico, and thanks for your sobering insight . Lot of people think legacy is automatic ILR but as we see it is far from it. Knowing Home Office, only once you have ILR paper in your hand you can be sure and relax.

hello bro,i feel your pain this is the third time i been detained. the truth is i wnated to abcond like you only reason i did not do that was due to the fact that my friend bailed me out and he put in £5000 so i did not wnat him to loose his money. yes reporting is a dangeorus game ttats the truth. and you are right legacy is so unfair for people like you and i. by the wya if i may ask do you still call your team and dinf updates or you have given up since you were refused.

Erico. our hearts n minds are with you. i was in same situation last year. i was detained for 4 months. even with a wife n two kids born in uk. they did'nt detained whole family but me alone n gave ticket . in detention centres no human HO worker exist. only advice i can give you. keep on putting applications as even one is due they cannot  remove you. delay it as much as you can or take them to the high court on legacy cases ground and ask explanation of y other people like your circumstances have been granted. they use this discretion in very wrong way. n you should challenge this we will provide you with details of cases who have been granted even 3 years in country.
Anyways. on the other hand. i know what you feeling. Please contact Duncan n Lewis solicitors they are good.  02079234020. or contact adam 02072752751. he is an angle who fought for me n finally get me released from that hell. if they agree to take your case it will be on legal aid n i m sure of your release. God Bless You. All our prayers are with you. any thing i could help with u can contact me on
thanx
waqar
