A mother born in the Uk gives birth to a son in 1974 in South Africa. They both now live in South Africa. She has a British passport and the son has an SA passport.
Can he still register as a British Citizen? If it is approved, will he then have to apply for his passport?
Where is this registration done and where can I find these fees??
Please help!
Thanks
