I received my Ancestry visa and now want to apply for my husband and kids.
What supporting documentation do we need to provide?

Thanks
Lynn

What they need to show is that they meet the requirements of paragraph 194 of the Rules (in the case of your husband) and paragraph 197 in the case of children. Rules can be found here: http://www.ukba.home...ionrules/part5/

The documents you need will be documents to prove that each requirement of the Rules is met.

Hi Lynn,

I'm not sure if you've already gone and done your visas? Were you successful?

Elaine

Quick update for others.

Provided marriage certificate, kids birth certificates (one in Ukrainian with a SA Birth Registration), proof of income (for both of us), bank statement, proof of house ownership, and school interview appointments in UK, and my offer of employment in the UK.
