How Can I Know The Offer Letter Is Genuine?

hi everyone, its for my sis from india, she recently received a Offer Letter from one of the nursing agency in london but the problem is how can i check and track down whether the agency's offer letter is a geniune as they are asking 500 for university registration and 2000 course fee (ONP) Oversea nursing programe which she has to pay in advance...which i think is a great risk so pls can somebody help me here... many thanks!

Had she actually applied to work and study in the UK or was this out of the blue?

If she is offered a job out of the blue without having applied for anything, and the 'employer' has asked for money, then it is clearly a scam.

If she has not applied to any colleges obviously you should not accept these offers.

Thanks to Victoria and Anthony for the advice... just a correction, actually she did applied for the job but she is not sure to go for it. The agent name is shivsans, i have tried to contact them by phone which is given in their website but it keeps on saying number doesnt exist that even worries me more. so can anyone tell me how can i know whether this agent is registered in uk...Thanks in advance..

If in doubt send no money. End of story.
