New to this forum so bear with me. Me and brother have been refused ILR (under 14 years rule) yesterday with option to appeal after JR was approved. The reason they gave was that we had visa application in our country of origin (ME 3 TIMES, BROTHER 5 OR 6 TIMES) even tho we have actually never left the country (UK) in the 15 years we have both been here, me since i was 11, brother 13. We submitted documents from 1996 up until 2011 such as school records etc. As i previously mentioned, we have never actually left in the 15 years we have been here but due to the visa application under our names they think otherwise evn tho they can't proof we left or came back into the country. Just wanted opinions on chances when we have submitted our appeal?

Many thanks

That depends. It is up to you to prove that you qualify.
