Hi ,

I was going through various mobile phone deals on website Mobuniverse UK . Can anyone tell me , if its possile to get a contract phone on arrival . What all documents are needed ?

There is no absolutely best service provider as far as I am aware because, for example, some regions has got restrictions to build signal carriers of mobile services. That is why if you live in that area, it may be not good for any service providers. That is why it is good to ask around you if all of the service provides good service at work place, your residency point etc...

I wouldn't bother much if it works where you live and work. Then, I would choose the cheapest one. Finally, for this reason, Such a public voting may or may not work for you.
