My lady was issued a two months notice from her landlord for her to vacate his premises but my lady ignored it. She continued paying her rent and the land lord continued to accept it. Three months after that she recived a letter from court which is a letter of claim but my lady did not respond to it and continue paying her rent which the land continued to accept. It.s now over two months nothing heard from the land lord or court. Would they now evict her without any other notice or what is the court process in issue like this as she has no arrears on her rent? She doesn,t like gong to court.

you should go to landlord with your lady and ask him/her. Is he/she send notice your lady?
Then next thing can be dicussed.
