Dear experieced forum members,

please help me find out about this.

I have been given ILR last April 2011 on 10 years rule. As I am going to apply for citizenship in April 2012.

Could you please let me know that

1. Whether having any ccj’s and debt problems would cause any problems for citizenship application ?

2. Would Driving penalties be any problems ?

3. If they refuse me would I also loose ILR ?


Please let me have your kind advise on these

thanks for the reply. yes i have 3 points as driving penalty.
may may be it would be disregarded.

but my concern is i have had several ccj's against me ; not being able to make any payments towards these at the moment as fianacially broken badly.

If I am refused would I lose ILR as well?

I suspect you don't know 'lots' of people at all.
