In point 100 of the new guidance it is mentioned if the money is held in uk then "The account must be in your own name only (or both names for an entrepreneurial team) only. Accounts in the name of a business or third party will not be accepted"
What does this mean?

It means exactly what it says. If you are unclear about this you should probably get legal assistance with the application.

Hi,
Is it means third party sponsor (if 3rd party and his /her account held in UK) will not be accepted from UK ? That means 3rd party can not sponsor the applicant.
