Hi All,
Have you ever heard anyone succeeded in challenging DL to ILR base one article 8 claim ?not asylum or legacy.
My solicitor phoned me and said she personally think I should be given ILR instead of DL and that can be challenge in court of session....is this possible?
Your advice will be highly appreciated before I go ahead.
