Thanks for that. So can an OISC Advisor write "written legal representations" and a "revocation request"? Or can only a Solictor do this? or a Barristor?

what about score 3.5? It is beyound A1 but it is not stated in the ukba offical website.

Yes, OISC advisors can do exactly what solicitors can, and exactly what barristers can, up to and including representation at the Upper Tribunal. I, for example, have nearly 14 years practicing immigration law and attend at Tribunal hearings frequently. I make written legal representations every day of the week, we all do.
You will find that the advisors on this board are very knowledgable. That means me, Dean, Anthony, Kim, Shazia...we are all competitors but all will (I am sure) agree that the others are reliable. So please consider using one of us, where you have the ability to see the advice we give and know our reputations.
