Hi guys, got question as i' m not sure really, i live in uk 7 years with my husband, we got 2 kids, both born here as well. My son was born in 2012 and already got british passport. My daughter was born in 2008 and 2 years after we have applied for permanent residency card. Our child was included in that application and finally in 2011 we have received permanent residency cards (me and my husband), and our child registration certificate. I have heard that the child is taking the parents status so not sure what does it look like now. Is she eligible for british passport, providing her registration cerfiticate, our permanent residency cards and current polish passport? She already have polish passport but she can have dual nationality, my youngest child is having so, i am only not too sure if supporting documents i have now will be enough? Please anyone could help me here?? Thanks so much!
