Yes please. I consulted a solicitor for advise on this topic and he suggests to try the Zambrano route since I will be issued a COA which give a right to work to take care of my family. He also mentioned a leave to remain based on my children's right to a family life. Again, I'm only doing this for my family. They are already settled in the UK and its much easier for me to join them instead of uprooting 3 individuals to the US. Truthfully, I am very confused at this point. Please help.
