DOES ANYONE KNOW

WHAT IS OBTAINABLE FOR THE SEVEN YEARS CONCESSION.

I MEAN WHAT DOCUMENTS TO PUT TOGETHER BEFORE SUBMITTING TO THE HOME OFFICE.


OR ARE THERE ANY FORM TO FILL OUT.....


PLEASE HELP ME,IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA'S

There is no 7 year concession. You need to look at the immigration rules to see if you can qualify for leave to remain because you have a child.

BUT WHAT I MEAN TO SAY IS WHAT DOCUMENTS I NEED PUT TOGETHER

I HAVE 2KIDS, HERE UK ABOVE SEVEN YEARS.BUT NOT BORN IN UK,BUT BEING HERE FOR LONG

I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT AND WHAT TO DO

It's a complex category. If you can't find the info on the UKBA website you should get legal assistance.

You can apply withint he rules and need to show that there is a good reason why the child cannot be expected to live elsewhere.
