Yesterday I received the ILR for me and my kid !!!!!!!!! I'm so happy I can finally post on this forum of ILR sucess stories ! .

i ve been living in the UK since 2004(student for 2 years) and swithced to dependent visa on july 2007 and to tier 1 spouse visa on may 2009.if we were to apply on may 2012 DO I QUALIFY FOR ILR? or do i still get dependent for another 2 years?pls contact me on my email
