hi everyone, am kinda new here but wanted to know if anyone out there knows the current waiting times for the flr (o) application. i was an illegal entrant and then got married to my wife ( british citizen). we had a son before the wedding and about 2 weeks after the wedding the H/O called us in for an interview. my solicitor had most of my paperwork and advised that we should go for the interview and sent in a fax to the H/O letting them know that she was in the process of putting together my application. i was then granted temporary admission and advised to send in my application as soon as....on 15 may 2012 my application was posted in and my solicitor got the acknowledgement of receipt of application from the H/O on 7 june, received biometrics letter on 19 june and done them on 20 june. after that nothing else has been heard from the H/O

i also report to the H/O to sign once every week.

has anyone got the current waiting times please?

thanks

Contatcting your MP is a good idea if not already done, they can contact the HO about progress but as in Memou's situation it doesn't guarantee that the HO would take any immediate action on processing the application. Unfortunately it's not unusal that such applications take this long or longer.

Apparently, I called the enquiry line yesterday to get an update on my outstanding FLRO application and was told that there is no published guidance on how long it would take to reconsider refused FLRO applications. From experience, FLRO applications takes longer to conclude and if you are unlucky to have your application refused and you ask for a reconsideration you should be prepared to wait for as long as possible. You will practically be left in limbo!

I asked for the contact details of my caseworker but was told that no one has access to their caseworker.
