Hi all,
Just dragging up my old post to say our EEA Family Permit was approved. Husband submitted application and biometrics on 5th November and we had the decision by 15th. Only took approx 7working days to be processed.
We applied at Athens but the application was sent to Belgrade to be processed so was very quick considering the post back and forth!
Good luck to anyone else out there applying xx

As a british national returning from another eu country , you dont need to work before your husband is issue with residence card. This i know for fact.
