Manida your husband needs to find a good lawyer/solicitor or you never be able to come to UK, every one in this forum its trying to explain to you, but ether you don't understand or you don't want to pay solicitor fees/money, the late  reply its from "ukallstars" and making quite clear to you like" Gentleman of Leisure " has done in many occasion  including my self maybe not very good English grammar.

Your husband needs to reduce / lower / keep down his expenses   and you can get your VISA its simple
