Parents overstayer since 2003 child born in uk 2004 any hope if the family apply for flr o as child is now 9year the father stop reporting 3years ago and no criminal record in the family.pls help

de case is straight forward .de main applicant to apply for flr should be de 9yr old together wit da parents but a competent lawyer should be used. Listen to sky593 by 11am Monday to friday

Hi
I m here since 2001 as a student got rejected in 2008 , I got married in 2005 and two kids (2006)7 and 4 (2009). What's the best best I can do because I even don't have my passports with us as they were not returned to us in 2008 and is there anyway I can exempt from paying the fee under Form FLR (O) please any advise thanks

ur case is same as mine. The best advice I can give is u need to find a good and sound solicitor/Immigration adviser to tell u what to do.  The wife u married , what is her status ? As far u don't have any criminal record there will be light at the end of the tunnel but sometimes the journey might be long. There are very good advisers on this forum .

my wife is my dependent , so she also dont have any status but we dont have any criminal records. Is there any one on this forum who got exempted from paying the home office fee under Form FLR(O) Private life scheme

Hello everybody , do anyone know the fee to pay when u apply for the 7year thing ? a friend of mine told me she paid £2,400 for herself and 2 kids last week excluding lawyer fee. any info will be appreciated . thanks

Child will be entitled  to register for British citizenship under Section 1(4) after child is 10 next year (if still in the UK).
