Hi guys,

I currently have ILR granted April this year.

Normally i should have been able to apply for ILR in october 2009. Few months to that, my Tier 4 was rejected invalid. I resubmitted but was logged months after. applied for PSW later 2009 but was refused on maintenance. Pankina came very handy. UKBA wrote my solicitor few days to the hearing and withdrew with the quest to review which they do and psw was granted. After few months, i applied for ILR based on 10 years legal residency. It was granted within 2 months. Normally i can apply in march 2013 but i read something recently on UKBA website that stated thatted that if you were refused enroute getting ILR, you can apply for citizenship earlier , do they treat such application as normal, i mean in terms of processing time? dfo i just wait till march for that?

Thanks.

Not in your case, as the refusals didn't delay your ILR.

I see.

I will look for that link again. I thought it was saying something like enroute to ILR. NOT ILR application itself.

I am aware of that paragraph. As I said, it didn't look as if the refusals delayed your ILR. But if I'm wrong then it's worth getting someone to represent you in the application.
