Regarding Tier1 Dependent

Hi there,

My fiance is in UK with tier1 visa, I have a tier1 visa. Our tier1 extension is due soon, can she apply as a tier1 dependent after marriage to my application staying in UK? Or is it that she has to make a dependent application outside UK?
Any inputs are much appreciated, thanks for you help.

She must apply from overseas.
