I do not understand 12 continuous months from last 15 months condition. Does this mean that one can skip first three immediate months before his time of application and count remainder 12 i.e. remaining within 15 months!!

Your limited company is still employing you and presumably paying you so so long as you can provide payslips/dividend vouchers from your accountant I can't see any issue. So continue to draw salary/dividend from your limited until either the money runs out or you find another role, permie or otherwise.
Simples!

Just please give specifc advise for this as I have read the 12 continuous months earnings (out of last 15 months) and still unsure (Tier 1 Guidance Paras 79 & 84):
If I apply for ilr next August and if i will not have worked from 31/10/2012 till then, then will I be able to go back to May 2012 and start counting 12 months from there i.e.will I be able to clam points for my earnings for months from May 2012 to October 2012!!
Thanks.

You are working now! You are an IT contractor employed by your Ltd Co. When not actively engaged on site you are actively engaged in looking for new roles - it's what contracting is all about. I am an IT contractor, as of today I am 'on the bench' ie no contract at the moment. So I am looking for my next one - 8 hours a day, that's my role for now. Still drawing a salary, still earning...

Thanks Ste. But I am considering the worst case scenario, if you or other experts could advise:
"If I apply for ilr next August and if i will not have worked from 31/10/2012 till then, then will I be able to go back to May 2012 and start counting 12 months from there i.e.will I be able to clam points for my earnings for months from May 2012 to October 2012!!"
I am asking this even with Ltd company, I am not sure if I get a contract till next August and (therefore) I am again thinking about becoming a staff!
