I Need Advice Pls!

Can some one give advice regarding the BC please?
I was granted DLR before. I  live in the country for 8 years legaly and working.
No criminal record.I have BC wife. I got ILR this week. Some of my friend advice me I can applay BC straight away no need to wait for a year.
Can some body share the experiance and opinion. Victory I am waiting ur respond.

Yes some people have been granted BC without waiting for a year after ILR. But this is based on discretion, so slight risk, if refusal you will lose your UKBA fee, and no other loss. If you can afford such a risk, try it. Make sure you point it out appropriately that you are asking UKBA use their discretion in regard to post ILR requirement of one year.

What points I can asking UKBA to use their discretion in regard my application.
And Let me share my history. Asylem claimed in 2004 , Granted DLR in 2005 applaied Extention in 2008 waiting till last week. I have BC wife and children. Working the past 5 years. No crminal record and breach of immigration rules. In the meen time I studied and got collifications.

It's not based on discretion at all! If you have been in the UK legally for 3 years, have ILR and are married to a British national, you can apply.
