Hi

I have applied naturalisation application in March-12.But  i am still waiting for outcome of my
application.Just wondering that i have no criminal record or any bad things on my application, so why
ukba is taking so long to decide on my application.
I phone them to ask and they said its under consideration.So what ydo you think guys:

Should i wait for and do nothing OR ask my MP to write them about my application?

any advice would be appreciated.

If you've waited over 6 months, ask your MP to chase it on your behalf.

Have you phoned? as they say if you have waited for more than 6 months you can speak to them......MPs could be a weak point.......do you have a ref number?

Hi!
I have been waiting for 19 months already and the same as you no criminal records and no problems.  Every time I call them they keep saying that my case is still under consideration. My lawyer has written to them several times and my MP has contacted the HO on my behalf as well four months ago but still noting has changed.

I am just waiting and hope for the best.

Hi,
I have applied since Mar-12 for citizenship application as well.when i contacted ukba after 6 months i been told
your application is under consideration.i phoned them 3 to 4 times and asked politely, i have waited for 6 months
patiencly and now i have right to know qt what stage my application is.But they said, its still under consideration.

Anyways after 7 & half months i received my application. All praise to Allah.

Always do Dua (prayer) for everyone else and for your own.
I sincerely wish good luck to all who are waiting.

Yeah Congrats but I would recommend that you don't bring religion into this.

Most likely there is no god and prayer never helped anyone. Suggest you keep your fanatical religious opinions somewhere private
