Given that level of incompetence I dread to think what pleasures await the Home Office when they conduct an audit. They have no idea how much fund it is for a Company to get B-rated and then try to get their A-rating back.

How many hours can you write down? According to tier 2 guidance page 17 or 62 it is wrritten:

45. We will only award points for up to a maximum of 48 hours a week, even if you
are working more than this. For example, if you will earn £8 per hour, working 60
hours per week, you must work out your equivalent earnings for a 48 hour week.
This would be £19,968 (8x48x52) not £24,960 (8x60x52) so will therefore not be
awarded points for appropriate salary.
