HI friends,
Presently I am doing my master in UK and my fiancee is on tier 1 PSW(post study work) visa in UK less than 12 month. she got her visa in July 2012 and expired on July 2013. and My student visa will expired on July 2013 and We will get married in this Jan 2013 in UK (register marriage) So Can I apply my Tier 1 PSW dependent visa within UK or in India ?? and what are the document required to support my file and how much fund my fiancee has to maintain in her account.

But already I am in UK on Student visa so is it possible to apply within UK or I can't change Tier 4 student visa to Tier 1 dependent visa within UK ???

Thank you for ur reply and I have one query regarding marriage photo, I have done register marriage so is it necessary to send marriage photos with application as I got register marriage so please reply me as soon as possible.
