You are looking for the answer you want, you won't get it - if he has a US visa well then off you go, is it UK or US u will settle in? You don't have a relationship, u chat with a stranger, grow up before you get hurt. If it's a genuine relationship then good, but at the moment it isn't, do the normal thing and take your time without rushing, it takes face-time, not internet chatting.

   How can u judge that this is not genuine relationship on the basis that its only pen pal. I know better than u as your judgement is only based on your mind suggestions. I am here to get help regarding to immigration issue and not for individual's own judgement and any one's judgment has no value for me to do what they want. So if u can help regarding to immigartion law, its fine, but keep your judgment with you regarding to my personal approach.

So, to that end despite the odd positive posts above I side with the consensus, apply now is suicide and will mar you and ur inamoratas application history, making positive applications subject to onerous scrutiny.

I judge this in the basis that most people don't want to marry someone they've never met, and it is relevant because the UKBA has a duty to ensure that the relationship is genuine, and purely on the face of this, you don't. Sorry.

guess all this wont be so easy.. me and my partner been in relationship and know each other 4 to 5 yrs now and we met a few times but theres still difficulties that we face which is financial requirement. and if he sorted it out yet we still need to wait for 6 months. so all i wanna say is getting all this visa things is absolutely NOT EASY. and obviously rushing to get thing done is not a good way.

Can't understand why are you saying after meeting financial reqermentes you still need to wait 6 months Why Why Why tell us Why.

Maybe if you fill your application your self or if ask any of those agents outside embassy charging 2 pounds yes it will take 6 months, but if you get proper advice from UK which  legal advicer it's  regulated, it won't

At the moment my partner annual income is lesser than 18600. And hes trying to sort it out. Ppl in this forum told me that we need to show 6 months pay slip and bank statement to for the evidence. So do u mean its not nessesary to do so?

If he has US residency, then it will make any application easier if you spend some time with him and he applies from there.  Although you may want to marry him and bring him here straight away, the application will be stronger if you take your time and have multiple meetings first.
