freemovement blog, 10 yrs residence in uk should result in a grant the judge rules, 6yrs and above that period residence in uk should result in a grant what a relief to many of us refused unfairly!!

it is only for legacy cases or does have any advantage for people living in uk more than 10 years (lawfully+unawafully)?

I think it not only legacy, as far as i see. if one has been here for long time like 10 yrs plus you can argue after this HELPFULL ruling from this jugde who respects humanity!
