I submitted my citizenship application via Nationality Checking Service about 2 weeks ago.
While checking through my records yesterday I realized that I made a mistake when completing the application form and unfortunately it hasn't been spotted by NCS adviser.
By mistake I printed page 12 (Section 5: Referees and Identity) using incorrect printer settings and the bottom part with the boxes for signatures and dates wasn't printed (silly me!). As result my referees didn't leave their signatures and dates when completing the form.
What should I do in this case?
Is there any way to send a corrected page 12 of the form to UKBA?
