Dear All,
First of all thanks so much for creating this incredibly helpful forum and all the members here who are always very helpful. I apologise if I am repeating this topic but basically I was a bit confused about the number of documents to be shown for cohabitation requirement for ILR. I have been on HSMP and then Tier 1. I will be applying for ILR in the next ten days, when reading the requirement for cohabitation documents, it says 'The evidence supplied should cover the whole period'
Does this mean that let's say if I supply a bank statement on our joint name, then it should be 24 bank statements for the last 2 years?
I have following documents from different sources and would be helpful if someone could tell me that they cover the requirement of cohabitation evidence?
1) Mortgage statment on joint names dating Nov 2010
2) Water bill on joint names dating Feb 2011
3) Council tax bill on joint names for period April 2011-Jan 2012
4) Council tax bill on joint names for period April 2012-Jan 2013
5) Water Bill on joint names dating Aug-2011
6) Water bill on joint names for Aug-2012
Also I have my 12 bank statements (for salary evidence) from Dec-2011 - Nov-2012 which are also on joint names.
Is this enough proof for cohabitation?
One more question, I need photocopies for all the evidences but not the application form right?
Thanks a lot in advance for your answers

It sounds enough but it's impossible to be sure without seeing.

In regards to documentary evidence for cohabitation in ILR SET(O) application, Do I have to provide documents addressed to me and my spouse for each month in 2 years? Or is it Ok if few months are missed in between? And can that be any letter addressed to us such as GP / Employer / Bank / Electoral?

The form states the minimum required.
