Hi ,
I am in great problem i hope any one can give me advice here.
My student visa was refused because of not providing ielts with right of appeal.
Now it is in appeal process, my oral hearing was on 30 october.
But the problem is that now my course is ended as it was ending in april 2012.

i Would be very thank full if any one let me know that is it possible to make a fresh application of student visa or in any other category like spouse visa etc while my appeal is in process and decision is pending ?

Moreover i am not satisfied with my current lawyer, can any one suggest me any good lawyer who can tackle this case in a good way.

Any of us here could assist you. You cannot lodge a new application with an Appeal pending. Also many new rules you need to take note of before withdrawing the Appeal.

Thank you very much for your early reply.

Let me explain berief background that I have already done level 7 just need 60 more credits
To get my masters degree which I can do by getting admission in topup degree course.

So in case if I withdraw my appeal, then is it possible to make the new application in the same
Category of tier-4 with in the uk ?

I just wondering mate if dont mind asking, when you loged the appeal did seek legal advice or done it by your self

My appeal is dismissed, i am going to make new application for student visa.
But i have a problem that my passport is lost, i just wanted to know that can i submit
application without passport ? as there is a section of lost passport in application form .

Moreover i am using bank statement on my own name from back home country.
Is it ok ? i am confused about this because i am here but i have funds in my account back home country.

Or do i need to show parents bank statement.

Please advice me about this.
