After appeal allowed i got determination letter and got a call and letter from Embassy to bring passport by hand.Yesterday i submitted my passport and was told to collect passport in next 6 hours.i waited till long nd finally got a call from them dat they gna keep my passport and there are enquiries going on..
I dont understand how they could do dat on a certain point of time. I asked him wat sort of enquiries and if they want to enquire anythng,i am available and they can ask me wat they want on face to face..Bt there was no appropriate reply..I had to travel 500 miles nd i got harassed by them..I dont know wat to say .The whole system is just crap. I am just frustated on Y they called me for my passport if Enquiry was to be conducted..Just shame on the system..I have been married since 3.6 years and got baby of 2years and 1 month.I am dying to be with my family and they just harrasing me for no reason..UKBA loves seperating families.

we sent an email to MP.
I got an email from BHC dat they are scheduling an interview for me. This is all going over my head.
Firstly, they ask for my passport for stamping and now after 20 days they are planning an interview. Unbelievable!
shall we report the matter to Ministry of Justice? Any replies welcome.

No alban. They refused me again. Interview was just a waste of time. eco intentionally refused as it seems to be pre-planned.
Anyway, we have to go through the whole process again. No options!
