I am New member of this site and i need some help from u
i was an overstayer but i came in this country as visiting my wife who was Indefinite visa holder of UK .
but i couldnt go back and left my wife here coz i Love her and my medical condition was not allowing me to travell
so i just put FLR(O) application 4 months before and got my Acknowledgement and still waiting for outcomes . please note when i applied for FLR(O)
i was overstayed my visa before applying so what will happen if there any chance for me as when i came in the uk to meet my wife she was permanant resident of uk ???
