Hi,
I need some help...My Tier 1 was refused in June by UKBA...I appealed in July..At the time of hearing, HOPO said, ''This case has Alvi written all over it. We are withdrawing''..that was end of August. Till now I've not heard from UKBA.
- How much time it takes for UKBA to come back?
- What is the meaning, when UKBA withdraws from appeal...
