If when i apply for my wife's visa in January. I can show on my payslips and corresponding bank statements that i have a gross to date of £16000+ that would be June to November and i meet all the other requirements. Could the ECO really refuse my application if i could not produce a letter from my employer that does not mention an annual salary? I really could not believe this if it's true?
