Hi there
My wife and son came to join me in UK in Feb 2009 as student dependents. Later on, I got PSW and both got their PSW dependents. I am currently on ILR (on the bases of 10 Years). I applied for my wife spouse visa [FLR(M)] spouse before 6/07/2012 and she is waiting for outcome....
As my son (age 4) is expirig his visa on 31/01/2013, what application form i meant to be using for him. Can I apply straight to ILR for him or he needs furhter leave to remain before it.
