My husband has been granted indefinite leave. He has been living in UK legally as student for the 8 year and 2 years on spouse visa . Does he have to wait for a year before he apply for naturalization .

Are you British citizen?
If you are british citizen then your hausband can apply straight away for Citizenship.
If you are british citizen then your hausband can apply straight away for Citizenship.

I become British after we got married.We married in Dec 2009 and naturalized in April 2012 .
