Thank you very much for your time spending reading this messages Visa Debit ,I respect your messages, but you think this is not unusual to stop me from work and not to give me right on public founds ???!!! Another thing is they can write you at least in person not regenerated email to send you cos that regenerated email normally is automatic email from pc without reading your email replay you .!!! And for me unusual thing is they said to me you don't have right to work you have to stop work but you are allowed to stay on this country how !!! My visa is expired if I don't have rights to work basically I don't have rights to stay on this country because I don't have any visa to allowed me stay here , that is unusual thing in this case and big problem is cos I stop work and how they expect me I to survive or to pay my bills !!!!???? Again thank you very much for you who read this message but I think is not fair and right someone who do it legal way to have hard times like this ,thank you very much and need some advice or some help or solution for this case ???

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to work - if your visa allowed you to work and you applied for ILR before expiry of your current visa then you can still work - nobody is stopping you (or they shouldn't be).

It takes the time it takes - nobody is happy about it but talking about it won't change anything.

Thank you very much skill clear for taking the time and read my messages ,well that is what make me more upset cos before to apply for ILR I had reseident permit visa for two years and before that to expiry I apply for this one ,and when I apply they after week said me I need stop working cos your previous visa expire and you have to stop work but you are allowed to stay on country and waiting for ILR ,this is what piss me off ,I know talking here will not change anything but honest this ukb home office taking a piss from people , taking they time and I think they not care how people will survive for money or how hard is for them .....!!!!! Well I can't do nothing just to wait but this is what they doing is not right , I understand they have high volume of applications but at least to let you know when we call or email how long will going to be that process , well for some people maybe is nothing waiting but for me is really hard cos I don't earn any money to live here and this is not fair to make people to have hard times ,thank you very much for replay on my message . I just wait if someone know way if is possible to track proces online I just hope and wait ....

If you had made a valid in-time application, then your leave is treated as continuing, under Section 3C, including work conditions. However, see also Sponsors, paranoia and unfair dismissal.

Thank you very much vinny but I think is not worthy to look at nothing because always home office they thinking are right and people who try they best and hard are wrong , is best way to wait till I get this ILR !!!....
