Hi,

My back ground: I have received my ILR in April 2012 based on 5 years under working category (2 years HSMP + 3 yaers Tier 1). I entered UK in 2003 as a student.

Wifes back ground: My wife also recieved her ILR in April 2012. She arrived in UK on spouse visa in Dec 2007.

Now, my queries are:-

1. Can we apply for Naturalisation in April 2013 ?

2. Can we make joint application to save some fees on joint appilication  (combined fees discount)? In the form there is no information about how to let them know if we are making joint application, how to let Home office know that we are paying joint fees ?

3. Also do we have to fill 2 seperate application forms and send them liverpool processing centre in one envelope ?

4. What supporting documents do we both needs individually to prove 3/5 years rule ?
