I am filling out the application and there is a question asking about when I last visited the country I am a citizen of. I am not quite sure how to answer this as I was actually back in Australia from July 2009 to Sept 2012 (with a 2 week trip back to the UK in 2010) due to my husband's work. I have made note of those absences in a prior question/answer so not really sure how to answer this one, as we were technically living there, not visiting, even though the plan was to always return to the UK.
Also, should we send our applications off together, as some of our documentation is the same Marriage Certificate/bills/joint bank accounts).
Cheers

Answer it truthfully. Don't overthink this.
If you are both holders in your own right then you can send seperately or together.

Thank-you.
So should I just put the last "visit" as when we left the UK in 2009?
