Dear All,
Hope we are all doing well this winter.
I want to find out that does making a claim (through no win no fee solicitors) against a Dentist for professional negligence have any implications for ILR purposes. Basically, it is on the grounds of mis-diagnosis.
Can it in any way, shape or form effect my ILR application?
Whats your suggestion, shall I go ahead with the claim? Personally, if there are chances (risk) that it might effect my ILR application then I won't go ahead with it.
I would appreciate your suggestions.
Cheers
Riz Jamal

Thanks for your reply Victoria.
Just to clarify, what do you mean by 'None'?
Do you actually mean there are no implications on my ILR, if I go ahead with this claim through no-win no-fee solicitors?
